Pre + Post-Sales Support

Velasea has a talented team of systems engineers on staff to assist with all the phases of even the most challenging projects. From pre-sales design/architecture, site surveys and white glove installation, to long term post-implementation support – we do it all.

Warranty (Manufacturer + Extended)

In addition to any manufacturer’s limited warranty, Velasea offers optional extended coverage for many products. We also partner with reliable third-party companies to provide an alternative to manufacturer-supported contracts that offer increased service levels, on-site support staff, and a commitment to keeping your customer satisfied with their hardware.

Return Merchandise Authorization

Although it’s not a guaranteed SLA, our returns team does a fantastic job of processing these requests usually on the same day they arrive. For products in your possession more than one month, or which fall outside of our official RMA policy, contact your representative and we will do our best to make it right. In the rare event that a product is DoA, it will be replaced ASAP.

 

In any case, our extensive testing procedures mean you can rest assured knowing that our DoA rates are impressively low.

IronLink Warranty

All Velasea IronLink-branded products come with a limited hardware warranty that can include next business day, on-site, and remote support by certified technicians. For select products, this warranty can be upgraded to a 7-year period.

  • Networking Products: 5-Year Depot, after diagnosis (upgrades available)
  • Workstations: 5 Year Next Business Day On-Site, after Diagnosis
  • Edge Computing: 1-Year Depot, after diagnosis (upgrades available)
  • NVRs: 5-Year Next Business Day On-Site, after Diagnosis

In addition to the standard warranty, IronLink offers a Keep Your Hard Drive feature to give you complete control over your sensitive and critical data.
