Velasea is an OEM appliance builder in the AI, computer vision, and physical security industry. Velasea employees enjoy exemplary benefits and amenities, in a fast-paced and fun environment. We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our rapidly growing team.

Candidate must possess the following:

  • Four-year college degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of 2 years of work experience
  • Sales background with a technology company preferred, as well as solid understanding of strategic selling principles
  • Experience and knowledge of IT hardware as well as basic understanding of the security and surveillance field
  • Ability to travel within the continental United States
  • Experience in using ZOHO CRM and traditional office workflow tools (Outlook, Excel, Office 365, Etc.)
  • Excellent customer service and professional demeanor
  • Effective communication, writing and presentation skills
  • An earnest, self-driven, ambitious attitude

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Focus on establishing, maintaining, and cultivating customer accounts and relationships
  • Effectively provide technical information and explanations of products and services
  • Make daily outbound calls to prospective and current customers
  • Complete and follow up on all quotes
  • Order management including processing of orders
  • Update job knowledge by studying new products and participate in educational opportunities
  • Forecast and attain customer goals
  • Use the company CRM to keep account information up to date, as well as to track all leads opportunities
  • Travel to meet current and prospective customers within a defined geographic region

If you are driven, resourceful, able to solve problems and think on your feet, we want to talk with you. Positive, energetic, roll up your sleeves attitude is a must. The ideal candidate will demonstrate organizational, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate a high level of personal initiative without constant supervision.

Jeremy Bailey

Jeremy has been a Member of the Board of Velasea since its inception in 2019 and currently serves as the Director of Sales (Security Integrators).

Prior to Velasea, Jeremy started his career at Arbitech in Business Development as a cold caller, then slowly climbed the ladder from Inside Sales to Account Executive to Partner. 

Jeremy grew up in Bend, Oregon and graduated from Long Beach State with a B.S. in International Business and Finance. In his spare time, he enjoys travel, golf, Netflix, Call of Duty, trying to surf, and playing semi-professional hockey. Above all else, he loves spending time with his wife, Adri, and their two little boys, Charlie and David.  He also has two dogs, if anyone is in the market.
